FAQ

Nope. But we are taking care of food and transportation (either providing it or reimbursing). We are also offering the psychic benefit of being a part of something creative (and hopefully entertaining). Plus dvd copies of your footage, and a final cut of the finished movie. And probably a few friends for life.

Yep. That's why we need awesome people like you to help out. But we've done stuff like this before, so we're going to make sure everyone has a good time and we have something to show for it at the end. The quality will be in the people, the story, and the ideas. It probably won't be winning any technical awards at the Oscars, however.

It's fun to do an "X meets Y" pitch, so here goes... It's Stolen Kisses (Truffaut) meets They All Laughed (Bogdanovich), as filmed by Eric Rohmer.

Life is busy; we can't know everything. Being a part of our cast and crew only requires that you have a good attitude. It was just a fancy way of saying it will be a light-hearted movie about fallible humans, that will make you a little bit sad and a little bit giddy at times.

My name is Sean Corbett. You can read more about me on the page "Who Are We?" in the Profile section. I make movies on the side, and hold an unrelated day job. My cinematic heroes made movies for profit, that millions of people watched, that will also stand the test of time as great art. What a nice idea. This is the ultimate aim, though I would take two of three.

No. I believe in accepting contributions based on private incentive, not public coercion. It is not anyone else's "responsibility" that I get to make a movie. If we get investors, we make the movie. If we don't get investors, we still make the movie.

Send me an email, and we can book a serious meeting. If by invest you mean donate some time or service instead of money, that's also fantastic. We would be happy to put logos, company names, branding, whatever in the movie in exchange for some help.
